Due to the sustained growth in the number of students’ enrolments, the EAN University decided to start the construction of its new facility. This text presents the learning curve developed during the implementation of the first part of the project. In this part, the reader will find the goals and challenges of the planning and management of the project, taking into account the continuation of the academic operation and the balance of its development within the project constraints of cost, time and scope.
