RESUMEN: Con el objeto de avanzar en el conocimiento anatomico de diversos organos del chiguiro se utilizo la angiotecnica de inyeccioncorrosion. Para tal efecto se emplearon cuatro ejemplares (dos machos y dos hembras) los cuales fueron sacrificados mediante inyeccion letal. El rinon, higado y corazon fueron obtenidos inmediatamente su sacrificio y perfundidos con monomeros y polimeros. No se encontro diferencias importantes en la distribucion de los vasos sanguineos respecto de otros mamiferos, sin embargo se observo diferencias entre individuos. Se concluye que las tecnicas utilizadas tienen un valor importante en la preparacion de moldes como apoyo a la actividad docente e investigativa, lo cual plantea a la vez la posibilidad de establecer un museo con otras especies que han sido poco investigadas. Palabras clave : chiguiro, angiotecnicas. SUMMARY: Advancing into the anatomical knowledge in order to recognize the diverse organs of the chiguiro, we used the corrosion-injection angiotechnique. For this purpose, four animals (Two males and two females) were used. They were sacrificed by lethal injection. The kidney, liver and heart were taken from the animals as soon as they were sacrificed and these organs were immediately per fused with monomers and polymers. We did not find any important difference between these blood vessels and the others mammalians, however we observed some differences among individuals. We conclude that the techniques used in this process have an important value in the preparation of molds as a support for the educational and investigative activities. At the same time we are seeking the possibility of establishing an organ collection that might help to investigate in those species that haven’t been studied deeply.
