Resumen: En este articulo se analiza de manera critica el concepto de las acciones a propio riesgo, y el marco de imputacion penal entre el tercero y el posterior lesionado. Es por eso que se hace un analisis desde la perspectiva que otorga la Teoria de la imputacion objetiva y el principio de Autoresponsabilidad que asume cada individuo. Concluyendo finalmente que el comportamiento de la victima, bajo ciertas condiciones, puede eventualmente modificar y aun excluir la imputacion juridica del autor. Abstract: In this article the concept of actions at own risks is analyzed through a critical scope, and the further criminal responsibilities between the third person and the further injured. That’s why an analysis is made from the perspective that the Theory of objective imputation provides and the principle of Self responsibility that each individual assumes. Concluding finally that the victim’s behavior, under certain circumstances, can eventually modify and even exclude the author legal imputation.
