Resumen: El Trabajo, en el ser humano, media las diferentes percepciones socioculturales, y puede ser el comienzo de analisis personal para un autoconocimiento profundo. Tambien puede ayudar para que los proyectos de vida de los trabajadores sean construidos en la inter-fase individual y social, siempre suponiendo una intervencion conjunta de elementos afectivos, cognitivos y sociales.
