Recently a series of bills have appeared to the public light, seeking to regulate some aspects of informatic content creation and the protection against Internet piracy. Behind these projects have opened a series of discussions between their followers and detractors about their legality aspects, but what lies behind these initiatives? What are the real social impacts of these projects? These are just some questions that give rise to undertake an analysis of these bills to understand the causes, consequences and impact of these initiatives.
