CARACTERIZACIÓN DE COMPUESTOS FENÓLICOS POR ELECTROFORESIS CAPILAR DE LA ESPECIE Phyllanthus acuminatus (Euphorbiaceae) Y ESTUDIO DE SUACTIVIDAD ANTIOXIDANTE
This work established a methodology for the characterization of phenolics compounds present in the ethanolic extract of Phyllanthus acuminatus (Eurhorblaceae). Capillary electrophoresis (CAPEL-105, Lumex) with ultraviolet detection was used in the analyses to obtain the UV spectrum for each one of the observed signals, in the 192-378 nm range. In addition, the antioxidant activity was assessed through the test of decoloration of radical DPPH, and the total content of phenols was determined by means of the Folin-Ciocalteau method.
