This paper corresponds to a description of the curriculum process management approach developed at the Universidad de La Sabana, Colombia. Particularly, we present the design basis of a form of efficient management of curricula based on Shewhart’s PDCA Cycle of continuous improvement of processes, providing a coherent set of alternatives that allows not only a design of a solid performance curriculum management but also an organized and systematic way of measuring and improving all its components.
