In this work, we have made of the characterization of typical samples of goldsmith objects fragments product of Colombian prehispanic indian societies, using physicochemistry anal-ysis techniques with the aim to wide the knowledge about metallurgy, process of manufac-ture and the corrosion deterioratiori mechanism that altered inside and outside on surface the alloys. The alloys studies are gold-silver-copper metallographic system from the Calima and Narino area. The characterization consist in determine the quantitative chemistry com-position by AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy), the metallographic study by OM (Op-tical Microscopy), the crystallography phases and corrosion products studies by XRD (X-Ray Diffraction) - and furthermore the morphological study by AFM (Atomic Force Mi-croscopy).
