In this proposal we use programming software to contribute to the construction of graphs by students that allow analysing phenomenon under study. We pretend to use simulation as a didactic resource in various physical phenomena, especially thermodynamic phenomena from simulations with spheres moving through a closed box, modelling the behaviour of a gas, based on molecular dynamics theory.
