This article presents the introduction and implementation of a proposal to the ZigBee wireless technology, which despite its great benefits is little known. This technology handles transmission speeds between 20 and 250 Kbps, running in the banda unlicensed 2.4 GHz, for links whose scope exceeds 50 metres.
