While everybody talks about virtual education at the University, there are other sites to make a better job for other kind of people: workers. That population, here in Colombia, is about more than 3/4 of the total of Colombian population. Now SENA represents only 15% the alternative for young people that want to qualify for a technical job. So, the question is: Where does the rest of that kind of people qualify for supplying those technical jobs?. Well, other kind of institutes, but with some costs or high costs. If we want to get more trained technicians, it is necessary to find a wide way in order to cover more capacity of forming. Here is one proposal for it. Basically, the industrial economic sector and educational entities joining SENA and government entities in order to list the main functions of that industrial sector, classifying them and then holding by affinity of functions.
