El articulo describe el proceso investigativo realizado con los actores guebernamentales y sociales del Municicpio de Caldas, Antioquia, Colombia, sobre las repesentaciones e imaginarios en torno a la situacion de la ninez en el Municipio desde la perspectiva de Derechos. Se trata de brindar elementos analiticos sobrela situacion y problematica de los ninos y ninas en el Municipio, de igual poder identificar el lugar que estos ocupan el escenario en el escenario local, no solo, sino en su visibilizacion como actores y protagonistas de su propio desarrollo. Childhood and rights: imaginaryfrom local actors Abstract The article reports the research process undertaken with social and governmental actors in the municipality of Caldas (Antioquia, Colombia), which describes the imaginary constructed about the situation of children in the rights perspective. These provides analytics elements on the situation and problems of children in the municipalitye, equaly able to identify the place they occupy in the local scene,not only as receptors or beneficiaries of the state or the municipality programs, but also its visibility as actors and protagonists of their own development.
