The research Behavioral Safety Process from the actions of supervisors served the purpose of determining what types of changes occurred in the behavior of employees when supervisors modify their attitudes and performance level security oriented , allowing to implement more effective ways to counter the high consumption of time and improve efficiency at all stages or phases of the management process. To develop the study identified leadership styles prevalent in the supervisors as well as the importance and commitment they assumed the functions assigned was finally characterized the state of development of safety culture in each organization. From this information it was possible to indicate ways to modify behavior and responsibilities of supervisors, analyzing in parallel the effect it produced on the behaviors of employees to safety last recorded by the indicator: safe behaviors. The study allowed the design of new indicators and proactive forms of safety assessment in a wider scope to measure the development and consistency of the whole process and the impact on the overall effectiveness and efficiency.
