Objetivo: proponer un plan de entrenamiento usando el modelo de acumulacion, transformacion, realizacion (ATR) para mejorar la resistencia de hockistas de alto rendimiento. Procedimiento: para elaborar el plan de entrenamiento, se realizo una caracterizacion del deporte que incluye un estudio de los tiempos de las acciones efectivas en partidos de alto nivel, asi como una revision teorica de los conceptos de resistencia y de apnea. Resultado: se desarrollo una propuesta de plan de entrenamiento deportivo mediante la adaptacion al hockey subacuatico de los metodos de entrenamiento mas utilizados. Conclusion: este trabajo puede ser referido como el unico que propone un plan de entrenamiento de 31 semanas, orientado a deportistas de alto rendimiento, y que contribuye al mejoramiento del entrenamiento especifico del hockey subacuatico y su profesionalizacion tecnica. EnglishProblem: underwater hockey is a sport of cooperation and opposition that has become increasingly popular in Colombia and the world. However, very little specific research has been done on it. Objective: the present work proposes a training plan using the accumulation, transformation, realization (ATR) model to improve the resistance of high-performance hockers. Procedure: for this training plan, a characterization of the sport was carried out, which includes a study of the times of effective actions in high-level matches, as well as a theoretical review of the concepts of resistance and apnea. Results: a proposed sports training plan was developed by adapting the most used training methods to underwater hockey. Conclusion: this work can be referred to as the only one that proposes a 31-week training plan, aimed at high-performance athletes, and that contributes to the improvement of the specific training of underwater hockey and to its technical professionalization.
