The evidence of implant-supported restoration on patients in physical development stages is scarce and controversial. The loss of permanent teeth in children and adolescents, usually caused by trauma or agenesis, can have a negative impact on aesthetics, function, and even social acceptance. The patient presented the need for replacement of both maxillary incisors due to increased mobility and recurrent infection.
